Required when a domestic (residential) properety is offered for sale or rent.

Required when a non-domestic (commercial) properety is offered for sale or rent.

Required annually for larger public buildings. Also available as a voluntary report for building occupiers interested in identifying ways to reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint.

Required every 4 years for larger undertakings. These are organisations employing more than 250 employees or with a turnover in excess of €50 million and a balance sheet in excess of €43 million.
